The Catholic Youth organisation of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Alaba-Ojo Lagos, is set the hold the 5th edition of her Annual Easter praise Concert tagged “He’s Alive”.
This Program which was first held in 2018 , began as an Avenue to gather youths together to praise, worship and magnify the name of the Lord, especially in the Easter season as Christians all over the world celebrate the resurrection of Jesus.
The praise concert promises to be exciting and power packed with expectations high due to the success of the 4th edition which had several gospel singers in attendance with over 1000 people, gathered and singing praises to God.
Speaking Exclusively to Diadem, a member of the planning committee tells us that “The main focus of this event is to praise, worship and magnify the name of the Lord and also, to give some tangible back to the church as a way of being grateful as youths and thanking God for his manifold blessings on us. To raise funds for our charity work this year, tagged EDUCATE A CHILD! we have printed raffle tickets and the proceeds realized from this will be used to educate children whose parents may be having difficulties meeting up with their school fees in the church”, he revealed.
Billed to minister at the concert are gospel music ministers like Minister Prudence, Minister Yvonne, Nosa Sax, Sister Mimi, Paul Praise and Joe Gifted are Expected to grace the occasion.
The concert is billed to hold on the 9th of April at the church premises.
