Peace By All Means: Testimony of Archbishop Benson Idahosa
…But I heard one Voice: Peace! The first thing I heard was Peace!
2 Thessalonians 3:16 KJV
[16] Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
Whatever your situation or circumstance, set your eyes by Faith on the Lord, keep looking to Him, and continue looking until the tide turns in your favor.
I arrived United states,
When I got to New York, the Pastors who come to welcome me at the airport came by six am, but my flight didn’t come till 10am, and they left to go back.
They were told the plane would come between 10am and 11am so they went back, I didn’t know.
When I came out of the customs / immigration, I carry my briefcase with cheques, with cash, my Bible, my passport, half of my life in the natural was inside my briefcase.
Anybody who carry my briefcase knows what is inside.
Everything, my Archbishop chain, my gold, my whatever, anything, everything, bank cheque books, everything, everything, gold card……
Everything was there.
I decided to call my office in Washington to find out what flight I’m going to Bahamas with,
Because I’m speaking, I’m the key speaker in the Third World Congress in Bahamas.
As I put the briefcase down, a man came and said, you need a taxi?
I said no, please.
Then somebody at the back said, you need a taxi?
when I turned, I moved my leg, they took (Stole) my briefcase!
Peace By All Means: Testimony of Archbishop Benson Idahosa
Within one split second,
the cash I’m traveling with, the ticket for me to return, my passport, bank cheque books, everything, my Bible, my books, name anything, all gone in one split second.
Heat came on me, fire!
Suddenly I’m stack naked with nothing with me, not one dime.
I didn’t know what to do.
The first thing I heard was peace.
Say it loud,
Peace!
try one more time.
Peace!!
Help yourself to say it loud.
Peace!!!
Jesus! This is Saturday.
I’m going to Bahamas.
I didn’t come to America, I only passed through here.
My passport is gone, my ticket is gone.
My cash is gone. Cheques, somebody gave me cheque to pay to his account, other cheques I got from the sons in the ministry;
Everything, I have No money for anything whatsoever.
And this is Saturday!

Within five minutes, Police surrounded me. They said:
This is New York.
yes. -…This is New York.
(.)…..This is New York.
You know this is New York.
He (the thief) is gone!
Not one person gave me Words of encouragement.
Up to police, all they said was, you were in the wrong place!
But I heard one voice. Peace!
Everybody, say Peace!!
Say Peace!
From God, by Himself, by All Means.
Say halleluya!
So, what did I do?
I called the Ambassador of Nigeria.
And I called the Staffs.
Also, I did everything…………
And they said “Go to the hotel and rest. Three o’clock call back”.
There’s no money to pay for hotel.
They gave me money.
I went to hotel.
I stayed there.
Three o’clock I called.
They said “Come to the Embassy, We’re going to open the embassy for you On Saturday, three o’clock”.
By Five PM (thesame Saturday) I have new passport.
On Saturday!
(Yes) On Saturday!!
By All Means, God Himself……
When you have Anxiety and Anxiousness, you lose control.
But when you have Peace, and when anything tries to happen to you, find alternatives!
Peace.
