A journalist and singer-songwriter, Paul Dada has officially released his latest single titled “Useless Legs” on Friday.
The song which can be found on digital platforms, is available in audio and video formats.
Paul Dada who in a statement, explained his reasons for writing, recording and releasing the song, had this to say; “My latest song, “Useless Legs”, one way or the other, debunks the unscriptural notion that seems to hold that Christians are or can be crisis-free. The truth is that the scriptures, history and realities of life do not support this Disneylandlike fantasy.
“However, we can rest assured that our Lord cares for us. And He is ready to calm our storms. Sometimes, He calms the storms with us. Other times, He calms the storms around us. Whatever may be, the Lord has our backs through the vicissitudes of life.
“The, song captures Biblical stories of certain personae who had ostensibly resigned themselves to their negative situations but whose lives were miraculously turned around.
” The song then encourages the believer in Christ to trust God in the trials of life and trust while expecting His outpouring of love.
This song is my loving encouragement to all believers in Christ. We definitely will go through rough patches but Jesus is with us in our storms” he said.
He also prayed that God would use “Useless Legs” to heal lives, minds and bodies. And that testimonies would abound when people listen to this song as with some of his previous songs.
