Established in 2015, Leverage aims to provide valuable insights and inspiration for young people in the district, symbolizing a fresh start for the New Year.

This year’s program promises to be an impactful and enriching experience,

featuring esteemed speakers and practical sessions on Career, Business, Content Creation, and Grants for Startups.

The event will host approximately 1,000 young participants

and provide grants to at least three small-scale business owners to foster growth and innovation.

Confirmed speakers include Joshua Mike-Bamiloye, Mr. Nduka Udeh, and Dr Olabode Ayeni,

who will share their expertise and inspire the youth to reach their full potential.

Meet the Speakers:

Joshua Mike-Bamiloye

Joshua Mike-Bamiloye is a multifaceted creative professional, serving as a Drama Minister, gospel music producer, and Christian Content Creator.

As the Creative Director of Mount Zion Music Studios, he has produced an impressive discography, including six albums, four EPs, and multiple singles.

Additionally, he has composed background music and sound effects for over 90 films, primarily in collaboration with Mount Zion Film Productions.

Joshua oversees various platforms, including Zion Kulture, a YouTube channel catering to the younger generation,

and Mount Zion Film Productions, where he serves as Chief Editor, having supervised post-production for over 35 films.

He is also the creator of the popular Christian comedy series Jay & Josh, boasting over 50 episodes,

and founder of Team CFT (Children Funtime with JayMikee), an online children’s ministry with participants spanning 15 countries.

As Deputy Director of Mount Zion Film Academy, Joshua has trained over 1,000 students in video editing and film production.

He also directs Mount Zion Comics, a Christian comic group, and co-founded STUDIO 5:13, a Creative Content Studio.

Joshua holds a B.Sc in Mass Communication from Bowen University.

As the second son of Evang. Mike Bamiloye, President of Mount Zion Faith Ministries, Joshua is proudly carrying on the family legacy.

He is happily married to Tolulope Mike-Bamiloye, and they are blessed with Children.

Nduka Udeh

Nduka Udeh is the Chairman of African Import Export Solutions.

With extensive knowledge of the challenges African businesses face in the export world, he has developed solutions that have helped numerous businesses achieve success.

His logistics company has facilitated the import and export of over 2,000,000 products between Africa and the USA, benefiting over 250,000 Africans.

This achievement demonstrates his expertise in the field, making him an ideal guide for those seeking to venture into export.

The solutions offered by his team include cost-effective shipping methods to the USA and beyond,

enabling businesses to sell on Amazon and other online marketplaces.

Additionally, they assist SMEs in redesigning their products to meet USA specifications and appeal to buyers.

With two warehouses in the USA, his company provides Nigerian businesses with access to cost-effective warehousing,

enabling quick distribution to buyers across the USA.

Furthermore, he has taught numerous Nigerian businesses how to open an Amazon account, sell products on Amazon, register companies in the USA, and more.

His teaching focuses on starting a successful export business with minimal investment, leveraging his expertise to help SMEs achieve success.

Notably, his approach enables businesses to commence export operations with less than 1.5% of the investment required by larger companies.

Nduka Udeh is also the initiator of Diaspora Connect, a scheme designed to connect Africans in the diaspora with local businesses.

This initiative enables Africans to become distributors of products made in Africa worldwide,

fostering investment in their home continent.

He holds a First-Class honours degree from the University of Benin

and a Master’s degree from the University of Essex in the UK.

Additionally, he has completed numerous executive training programs at prestigious universities.

Dr. Joseph Olabode Ayeni

Dr Joseph Olabode Ayeni pursued his undergraduate and master’s degrees in Guidance and Counselling at the University of Ibadan.

He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Psychology and School Counselling in 2014.

Dr. Ayeni’s career spans multiple roles, including teacher, part-time Assistant Lecturer at Lagos State University, and Assistant Registrar, Counselling.

Furthermore, He joined Lagos State University’s Counselling and Careers Unit in 2008 and rose to Deputy Registrar in 2018.

He also served as Head of the Unit.

As a seasoned career counsellor, Dr Ayeni has worked with prominent organisations,

including the Centre of Distance Learning, Obafemi Awolowo University, and the University of Ibadan.

His research has been published in local and international journals.

Dr. Ayeni is a multifaceted professional, serving as a career counsellor, Educational Psychologist, instructor, teacher trainer, educational therapist, and administrator.
