If He does not begin, He cannot defend anything there, because He only becomes Omega over what he became Alpha over.
You cannot invite Him somewhere in the middle of the mess and say Lord continue with me!
He will start afresh because He is a God of Pattern.
John 1:1-5 KJV

[2] The same was in the beginning with God.
[3] All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.
[4] In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
[5] And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

DCM Notes:
Beginnings are amazing. They mark the start of new chapters, new ideas, new relationships, and new challenges.
The beginning refers to a starting point. “In the beginning,” however, refers to a part of the beginning of a period of time or the beginning section of something.
“In the beginning” also shows contrasting periods or sections of time together, which is why it is largely synonymous with “at first”.
Being in the middle of a mess refers to finding oneself embroiled in a chaotic, troublesome, or problematic situation.
It’s like standing at the epicenter of a storm, surrounded by disorder, confusion, and difficulty.
Imagine being caught in a tangle of conflicting emotions, conflicting interests, or unforeseen challenges.
Whether it’s personal struggles, relational turmoil, or external crises, being in the middle of a mess can feel overwhelming and disorienting.
Yet, sometimes, even in the messiest of circumstances, there’s an opportunity for growth, redemption, and unexpected outcomes.
In a biblical context, we see God’s willingness to be in the middle of our mess. Despite our imperfections, God chooses to work through flawed individuals and broken situations.
So, when life feels messy, remember that you’re not alone—God is right there in the midst of it all, provided you are willing to start afresh and follow His pattern for you!
