And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; — And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

Romans 5:3-5 KJV

When we experience various trials as God’s children, it is not without reason, purpose, and greater results.

We know that God is able to work all things together for the good of those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

In the eyes of the unspiritual, godly people experiencing various troubles and tribulations may seem foolish and a laughable matter,

but God’s Word promises we won’t be put to shame.

Beloved, as the opening scripture says:

we will encounter various trials in life for our own growth and God’s greater purpose.

And while others may mock you, laugh at you, or deem your faith in God to be foolish,

it is a promise that you won’t be put to shame as you put your hope in the Lord.

He shall silence those who oppress you, laugh at you, and mock your faith.

God is about to show up in your life! Praise be to the Living One!

Let Us Pray

Abba Father, even though I may experience various trials and challenges in life,

I continue to rejoice, for I know that these will produce godly results and character in my life.

And as I put my hope in You during a difficult season, I know You won’t disappoint me, for You are faithful to Your Word.

You love me and care for me the most, and I fully trust in You for all seasons of my life in Jesus’ name. Amen.
