The Future Generation Enlightenment
The Future Generation Enlightenment Programme is an annual enlightenment and empowerment program that seeks to equip teens and young adults with relevant information that will inspire and build them to be globally resourceful leaders.
The convener, David Oletu, started this initiative in 2021 in Benin City with outreaches to schools.
This year, 2024, he takes a bold step to bring the initiative to Lagos officially, kickstarting with the F-Gen physical conference-themed:
“Stand Out!”

It is not a regular gathering where we only come to pass the time.
It is a timely gathering where we ‘save and redeem the time.’
It’s a program that enlightens, corrects, and empowers.
The Eagledeye F-Gen team, partners, and facilitators comprise seasoned and accomplished young and elderly leaders,
who seek to inspire other up-and-coming young ones with their success stories,
and also give their time, skills, and resources freely to train and help the young people become innovative, productive, and resourceful.
Within two years,
the Eagledeye Future Generation Enlightenment initiative has given David Oletu the privilege to speak to over 8,000 teenagers across Nigeria through invitations, outreaches, and summits.
However, in a bid to draw his large audience closer and not leave them hanging after speaking to them;
David will be launching a free F-Gen Mentorship and Skill Acquisition program in 2024 to build the creative ability of his audience.

The free skills available are Critical Thinking, Creative Writing, UI/UX Design,
and hopefully more, as he gets more good hands to partner with him in his good cause.
It takes a lot of guts, grace, and strength to continue with the good things we have started.
David Oletu is a young thought leader, creative, and visionary who strives each day to remain consistent in his good cause.
He doesn’t seem to be resting anytime soon until his wings spread to millions of cities, nations, and people across the globe.
He is therefore open to more good partnerships and sponsorships for the success of this timely cause.
